Paradox of LOVE ...........

The Pencil:

The Pencil Maker took the pencil aside, just before putting him into the box. “There are 5 things you need to know,” he told the pencil, “Before I send you out into the world. Always remember them and never forget, and you will become the best pencil you can be.”

One: “You will be able to do many great things, but only if you allow yourself to be held in someone’s hand.”

Two: “You will experience a painful sharpening from time to time, but you’ll need it to become a better pencil.”

Three: “You will be able to correct any mistakes you might make.”

Four: “The most important part of you will always be what's inside.”

And Five: “On every surface you are used on, you must leave your mark.

No matter what the condition, you must continue to write.”The pencil understood and promised to remember, and went into the box with purpose in its heart.

Now replacing the place of the pencil with you. Always remember them and never forget, and you will become the best person you can be.

One: “You will be able to do many great things, but only if you allow yourself to be held in God’s hand. And allow other human beings to access you for the many gifts you possess.”

Two: “You will experience a painful sharpening from time to time, by going through various problems in life, but you’ll need it to become a stronger person.”

Three: “You will be able to correct any mistakes you might make.”

And Five: “On every surface you walk through, you must leave your mark. No matter what the situation, you must continue to do your duties.”

Allow this parable on the pencil to encourage you to know that you are a special person and only you can fulfill the purpose to which you were born to accomplish.

The Tunnel

When you enter the tunnel, it is darkness and probably a faint light on two sides guide you thru the road. The moment you enter the tunnel, there is an yucky, damp smell all around. You just wish Oh God! I should be able to be reach to the faint light I can see at the other end of the tunnel.

The same way - when you are going thru a bad patch always remember that the bad phase is your tunnel and 

you can see a faint light at the end of the tunnel which you need to target - your aim to reach the brightness of your life.

Sometimes the tunnels are short and you are happy. The other times they are long, don't worry they are a part of your learning phase in life to make you stronger.

Just have faith in GOD and trust him he will surely take you out of the Tunnel very soon. He just wants you to go thru this so that you can appreciate the best things coming after........

We think it's safer at first; but then it starts to get very lonely and dark in there; doesn't it ... ?
It takes a lot of courage and determination to stick our heads out, and have a look around at who or what might be just outside waiting for us to re-appear .... And it takes a stack more courage to step outside and stand tall amongst the uncertainty of it all .... doesn't it ... ?
Far too often people get overwhelmed by the stigma that can be attached to 'not being a 100%' ...
If we reach out to people who we trust and feel safe with; then there is no stigma; not one tiny bit of it; and the personal empowerment that begins to take place is often stronger than we could have ever imagined.
I see it every day in my work; and I've been in some pretty dark places during my run through life too. Lot's of us have!
I've learnt that 'a problem shared is a problem halved'; every time; not just sometimes!
The value of talking and sharing your stuff (with someone who actually does care and wants to help); is priceless; absolutely priceless!
C'mon now; reach out to that someone who does feel right; and allow yourself to be heard!
